THE PADDOCKS. (Now has super fast broadband) Welsh Tourist Board 4 star **** is a large, spacious and modern detached bungalow set in peaceful open countryside with rural views in the pretty village of Ludchurch. Beautiful woodland walks are on your doorstep and only 2 miles from the sandy beach of Amroth, where good pubs, restaurants and gift shops can be found. The popular beaches of Saundersfoot and Tenby are a short drive away.

IN THE AREA: There are many wonderful attractions less than a 20 minutes drive away including Oakwood Theme Park, The Blue Lagoon indoor water park, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, The Dinosaur Park, Manor House Wildlife Park and Heatherton World of Activities. Other leisure activities locally include horse riding, surfing, bowling, golf, fishing and swimming. The 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path is one of Britain's National Trails and begins at Amroth. You will find boat trips for fishing , bird/seal watching and trips to Caldey Island. The quaint town of Narberth is only 2 miles away and has many convenience stores and boutiques, many lovely shops, art galleries and an indoor swimming pool. The Paddocks is an ideal holiday base for families, walkers and nature lovers.

The Paddocks is located down a quiet no-through lane and benefits from its own large private grounds with no adjoining neighbours. The front and rear gardens are all enclosed. Ample parking for 4 cars, electric and heating included. Bed linen is included and beds are made up on arrival.

Facilities, digital flat screen TV's/video/DVD. FREE Wi-Fi. Stereo/CD.

The master double bedroom has a four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom with bath , double shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin. There is a further double bedroom and a very large twin bedroom.

Fully fitted kitchen/diner with electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven. Separate utility room with freezer and washing machine.

How do damage deposits work?

If Lynn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
