A cozy1 bedroom with office, 1 bathroom. Cable TV, WiFi access, open kitchen, washing machine, residential neighborhood of mawanda road walking distance to acacia mall, restaurants, coffee shops mulago hospital and public transport.

The property is a semi detached house, one of two in a compound. It has an open living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, washing machine on the outside . A large bedroom, 1 other bedroom furnished as an office, 1 bathroom with hot water shower facilities. The living room is nicely decorated with a pale green color and African photography. Lots of natural light through large windows.House opens to a concrete compound with parking area and a gazebo with outdoor dinning area decorated with some potted plants.

The property is secure with day and night guards and enclosed in a high perimeter wall fence. All windows and doors with burglar proofing.Mosquito screens are installed on all windows and above doors of all rooms.

The property is a house in Kampala mawanda road 200 metres from mawanda police station , a min walk from public transport. 10 minutes' walk from kisementi , accacia mall, shops and restaurants.10-15 minutes walk from mulago hospital area with very good transport links in and out of the city centre. A variety of restaurants,markets, banks, clinics, Health clubs are all within a short walking distance. Residents are mainly a middle class residential neighborhood with growing commercial outlets. The area is in a safe neighborhood with friendly people.

The maximum number of people is 2 people.Host does not live on property, but lives nearby and available for any questions.

The property is let as a whole property with gas, electric, bedding & towels change and cleaning all inclusive. 4G Wi-Fi vodafone Internet router is provided. Guests have to purchase bundles that are appropriate for their usage. We will have some start out internet of 1GB upon arrival.

The house is very secure, has a high wall fence with razor wire, all doors and windows have burglar proof locks.

House has day/night time guard and compound manager/gate keeper at all times.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

We live in an alternative residence, but are available to guests in case they need us.

Our helper comes to the house once a week for cleaning and laundry if needed.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Guests do their own laundry by washing machine which is available in the house. Guests buy their own laundry supplies.

Airport transfers can be arranged at a fee.
