The apartment has an entrance on the large and bright veranda, ideal for enjoying the splendid days outdoors and taking advantage of the equipped table. The living room is complete with table and chairs, TV and sofa bed. The kitchenette is equipped with all the comforts, utensils, plates and glasses, large fridge, freezer, four-burner electric hob, pantries, pots, moka coffee maker, American coffee maker, electric kettle, electric citrus press and microwave, hairdryer , iron, ironing board. Bathroom with large shower, towels, hair dryer and washing machine. Bedroom with two-door wardrobe, large double bed and two bedside tables, sheets, blankets and pillows. Wi-Fi for a fee 10 € a week, 15 € for two or more weeks, 30 € for a month The apartment has been completely renovated.

Absolutely amazing apartment which was a home from home. It had everyfing we needed and more. It's location is brillant and convenient to everywhere. Everything ran smoothly from the minute we booked and any questions the owner was very prompt to reply to our messages nothing was to much trouble. I would defiantly book this apartment again in the near future

How do damage deposits work?

If Maurizio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
