Description

The Blackberry Preserve welcomes you with true mountain cabin feel, complete with vaulted ceilings and skylights throughout, bringing the outdoors in. All the modern conveniences of home can be found in this high country retreat. Upon arrival you're greeted by the stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, three comfortable bedrooms: master with a king sized bed & on-suite, satellite TV. A second queen bedroom with big screen TV, and a third bedroom with queen sized bed; the two queen bedrooms have a bathroom easily accessible to both. The cozy loft easily sleeps 4 with full sized futon and two twin beds. Our spacious living area offers a big screen, satellite equipped TV. Enjoy all the comforts of home while getting away from it all in one of the most scenic areas of North Carolina. Stay connected with wi-fi internet access, prepare meals in the well equipped kitchen or on the gas grill & take advantage of the washer & dryer. Outdoors is as comfortable and welcoming as the indoors, relax in the hot tub, on one of the two decks or covered porches or at the fire pit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Angela or Jody (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
