Description

The home is a luxury seaside static caravan which sleeps 6 people, with a double bedroom with private toilet, a twin bedroom, and a sofa bed in the sitting/dining room. It has a shower bathroom and a kitchen, and a verandah with table and chairs.

The outdoor pool also has a safe children’s splash pool to enjoy on those hot summer days but there’s so much more to do off the park as well. Whitstable is famous for its oysters but don’t feel you have to try them, like Marmite, you’ll either love them or hate them!

One of the reasons people come to Alberta is because it’s so easy to get to. You can be relaxing by the pool while others are still stuck in traffic!

But if you do fancy a trip out for the day – there’s more than Canterbury, Rochester and the coastal resorts to explore. France is closer than you think so you’ll have time to top up with duty free before you leave!

I stayed with my grandchildren 4 years and 1 year . Sunday morning early I took the 4 year old to play in children’s park , it was cordoned off by police tape , there was a double stabbing the night before , extremely worrying for family campsite

The caravan itself is good. My dissatisfaction is with the cleanliness of the duvet and pillows. They are smelly and the duvet has yellowish stains.

Tidy, comfortable caravan. Ideal base for seeing local sites, Whitstable, Tankerton etc. Campsite itself is small. Staff onsite were very friendly. Short walk to the beach.

The caravan was adequate however it smelt of smoke and didn’t look clean. We couldn’t get into the van until after 5pm as we were waiting till it was cleaned. It was a short drive to Whitstable and the park was quiet.

Both the caravan and site are very clean. Facilities and staff on site were good and all in all it was the perfect base for us to catch up with family and have a short break.

Lovely caravan, nice and quite. really wanted to go in the pool. But England let us down and the hot weather is good. Was glad of the fire on saturday night as it was very cold. We went to the pub across from the Caravan park. The Oyster Pearl which was lovely. Had a day in Faversham ,beautiful town. Had Dinner in Tankerton and had a day in Whistable . I love whistable we walked from the caravan park to whistable ,which is a 3 mile walk,along the seafront. The caravan park is in Seasalter not whistable. I would recomend staying here. It is only £6 in a cab into whistable as we went to the Peter Cushing whetherspoons for the night . There is a clubhouse and kids club. You cannot get into the clubhouse in the evening with a pass
