Description

This property has views of the private shared lake, it is in walking distance of historic Roswell and all the shops, art galleries and restaurants on Canton Street

Take one of the boats out and enjoy the lake... fish or swim or just float around...

Three of the bedrooms are on the main level with two sitting rooms, music room, dining room and a full kitchen with additional eating area. The fourth bedroom is in the basement with sitting area and bathroom and outside covered sitting area.

The games room is in the basement. Here you have a pool table and a sitting area with sit at bar.

Outside there are areas to sit and enjoy the lake in all seasons around the firepit, next to the water or a covered soft seating area.

Boats are available to use please feel free to bring your own too....

This lake is a spring fed lake we can only do electric power boats or paddle style.

“Felt at home the minute I walked in the door.!”

The house is very unique and has a lot of character. The location was great for where we needed to be. Sits on a small lake, only wish the weather was better would have spent more time outside.
