Description
This part of the house is completely independent. As an apartment of 62 m2, located in a wood on the edge of the village of Caunes-Minervois, capital of red marble, with narrow streets and medieval abbey, the situation offers many walks, hiking and sightseeing. Ideally located between sea and mountain in the wilderness of the Black Mountain. The house wood frame contemporary style, air conditioned and heated floor offers a wooden terrace of 45 m2 with garden furniture, sun loungers and deckchairs, and lets you rest in the shade of pine trees. Each chamber has its small terrace of about 10m2. The all overlooking the woods, the village and the mountain. You have 2 bedrooms each with private bathroom and toilet. A main room with kitchen. You can swim in the indoor and outdoor pool and enjoy the sauna and steam baths Minerva within 10 km of the house. And if you feel like it, spend a day on the ski slopes in the winter at about 1:30 or spend the day in Carcassonne Beach Lake Cavayère, about 20 minutes. Rivers can also offer wonderful bathing corners.
