Description
La Farfollerie is a beautiful period house situated in Forges-les-Eaux within rural Normandy. Rooms are set over three floors, making for a comfortable stay for anywhere from 2 to 8 persons, with an enclosed pretty patio and garden at the rear. This well equipped house is tastefully furnished throughout with conveniences including English and French television, DVD player, Hifi, iMac computer and wireless internet access.

A very large bright kitchen/diner with French doors on to the gardenLiving room with comfortable sofas,TV etc and period fireplace.Two double rooms on the first floor, along with a bathroom with bath, shower, washbasins and WC. Separate further W.C. Two large bedrooms, a double and a twin, on the second floor. Also on the second floor is a new spacious bathroom, with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Both English and French television is available; internet access through both a dedicated iMac computer and Wi-Fi connection. A myriad of books, DVDs and boardgames are also provided.

“Wonderful forest walks”
We spent a week in this beautiful elegant French town house. Loved the house. So comfortable and felt like home . Everything there that you could need in the kitchen for cooking . We also made use of the bbq for the warm , barmy evenings . Spent many days at the lakes and walking through the forests with our very happy dog . A truely French town with lots to offer.

“A beautiful, elegant house in a lovely small town”
We stayed for two weeks in October and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and well equipped, with a large sun-drenched kitchen equipped with everything you could need. It’s in an ideal position in the middle of the town so it’s only minutes to a range of patisseries with wonderful cakes and baguettes (we had to try them every day) as well as lovely walks around the lakes or along the Avenue Verte. It’s also ideally situated for trips to the coast or to beautiful cities like Rouen and Amiens. We visited Monet’s garden at Giverny and the Palace of Versailles (both stunning), so two items off my bucket list.
