Unit #1 Chipmunk Hill

Located on a hillside, this cozy 1,150 sq. feet duplex with a cabin atmosphere has everything you need for a 'getaway' vacation. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee or a tall glass of lemonade on the front porch while watching the wildlife. The sunrises are included at no charge. The location offers a feeling of seclusion, yet it is conveniently located near Greers Ferry and Fairfield Bay. Janssen's Lakefront Restaurant is located 1/4th of a mile down the hill. Several other restaurants are nearby. Devil's Fork Park is a great place to launch your boat and is located only 2 1/2 miles away. Need more room? Rent both units. Listing number for #2 is 7225690.

As soon as you enter you will feel the embrace of charming wood walls and tin ceilings. The unique stairway with it's rustic demeanor will definitely catch your attention. The first floor has an open floor plan with a fully furnished kitchen including a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and coffeemaker. The master bedroom, bathroom, and an additional bathroom/laundry room (washer & dryer are full sized) are also located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and full bathroom. The second floor has a bedroom with a queen sized bed and an open sitting room with a view of the lake. The sitting room includes a futon which can sleep 2. Linens are provided.

This description is for a single duplex. If you have a larger party, consider renting both units. This is sure to provide you and your family with unforgettable memories of a fun time at Greers Ferry Lake. Fairfield Bay, which is just minutes away, has 90 miles of trails that ATV/UTV riders love. Trout fishing on The Little Red River is just 35 minutes away. If you're up for a scenic drive, Mountain View is only 45 minutes away. The Buffalo River which is known for great canoeing, kayaking, and fishing is only a 1 1/2 hour drive.

This unit is NOT pet friendly. Free Wi-Fi provided. We now have boat parking at the bottom of the hill.
