Description
This 2 bedroom penthouse duplex apartment has stunning sea views from the front balconies both with table and chairs, plus 2 sun loungers on the top balcony. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with double sofa bed in living room, fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons, complete with Air-conditioning, kitchen includes hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.
The development boasts a pool with large terrace area. Private gated underground parking with lift access. All amenities, bars, restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. There is a picturesque walk down to the beach via steps, or a lift will take a more leisurely journey to street/sea front level.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your arrival at the complex is after 7pm there will be an out of hours charge of 20 euros this is payable to the person who will meet with you.
The apartment is fully cleaned for your before and after your arrival and stays of 8 nights or more there is a towel and linen change. Extra cleaning can be arranged if needed for a local fee please ask for details.

“Excellent”
An excellent apartment with amazing views, made for a very relaxing weeks holiday. The apartment had everything we needed and Kevin was on the other end of a telephone and resolved a couple of issues we had straight away. Thank you for making our week away perfect.

Before during and after the holiday, the communication and help I received from Tina was outstanding. The accommodation itself was well maintained and spotless, with everything you required to make your stay a happy one. I've already booked for next year.

“Great Apartment. Worth a visit ”
We contacted the agent when we landed at Faro Airport (Perry) who met us promptly at the apartment. Great service. Lovely, clean apartment. Would definitely recommend. Perfect for 2 couples. Pool is very private with sun beds. Loved our week in Ol hos de-Água

“Great location”
We went to the apartment in August. The location and views are excellent. There are plenty of utilities in the apartment with great aircon in both bedrooms and the 2 sun beds on the balcony are an extra bonus. The apartment is very safe with a code for entry and usage of lifts. The location is close to all the local amenities and beach. You just need to buy a few groceries for the apartment and it feels like home in the sunshine with excellent sea views. We had a great time and as a family of four the apartment had plenty of space . We really enjoyed are stay.
