Description

You have a 45 second walk and private access to one of the world's most spectacular beaches. This two-storey one bedroom villa can sleep four (4) adults but is better suited for a couple (1 king size bed, a pack and play crib and a roll away bed and 1 queen size pull out sofa bed). The spacious bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom is on the second floor. The first floor is equipped with a kitchen , 1/2 bath and living room with a queen size pull out sofa bed. The villa has its own FREE wireless and cable TV. Family friendly! There is a restaurant and Bar on the compound. Our Villa is nestled between the world famous One and Only Ocean Club and the RIU Hotels and a 5 minute walk to the Atlantis Resort.

Getting around

Renting a car or hiring a taxi is the easiest way to get around. There are also water taxis from Paradise Island to downtown Nassau. The cost one way is $4.00 per person.

Our guests are greeted with a smile, a small tour of the property including the beach. You can reach us via messaging on this website, email, text or a phone call. We are 5 minutes away from the property plus our assistant Carey is there on the property most nights and very early mornings.We are here to assist in whatever way we can like suggestion of things to do on the island and maybe a day trip to the out of islands.

House rules

Have fun enjoy yourselves but always be respectful of other guests and employees on the compound, no loud music and noise, there is a bar on the compound where you can enjoy your drinks and music.
Check in and check out are flexible except if a guest is checking in the same day as a guest is checking out. On this day check out will be at 11:00 am and check in will be at 3:00 pm. Please email or call me before to verify.

How do damage deposits work?
