In un contesto unico, immerso tra ulivi e vigneti, casa indipendente con 4 posti letto e ampio giardino a disposizione degli ospiti con annessa piscina di 4 mt. per due profonda 1,20 mt.

L’immobile proposto si trova sulle alture di Rapallo ad 1,2 km. dal centro e a 800 mt. dal mare Il punto preciso sulla mappa si riconosce dal cancello per l’auto e la pianta di mimosa al numero 99 mentre l’ingresso pedonale è situato dove si trova la buganvillea viola e il cancelletto sulla strada sempre al n.99 messo sulla rete in strada Dal cancello per l’auto si può accedere alla casa anche per disabili e con carrozzine per bambini*. Tutta la tenuta è recintata per permettere agli ospiti di tenere i propri animali in libertà*. Garanzie anti covid per gli ospiti

Alla partenza di ogni ospite si interviene dapprima con la normale pulizia che viene effettuata con acqua e detergenti vari Successivamente si agisce in tutti i locali con un intervento di nebulizzazione a base di cloro allo 0,1% erogando, all’interno dei locale da sanificare, con quantità di micro particelle nebulizzate in grado di raggiungere ogni zona e ogni superficie, anche quelle impossibili da raggiungere In particolare i gruppi erogatori di aria condizionata o i vari interruttori presenti nella casa e una particolare cura per le serrature che funzionano manualmente o tramite tastiera. Siamo in grado di offrire ad ogni ospite che usufruisce del letto matrimoniale una parure di lenzuola nuove Chi preferisce questa scelta deve comunicarlo al momento della prenotazione in quanto non provvederemo alla preparazione del letto ma lasceremo le lenzuola nuove di fabbrica e sarà compito del cliente sistemare il proprio letto. In bagno gli ospiti troveranno oltre l'igienizzazione sopra riportata, anche una fornitura di saponette, flaconi shampoo e doccia e salviette tutti monouso. L'impianto elettrico è fornito anche da 10 pannelli solari sul tetto. E' possibile ricaricare le auto elettriche.
