Heavenly quiet escape close to golfs and 10-15' maximum away from the medina just a few minutes away from 3 amazing golf courses. The resort features 2 pools, gardens and children playground. There is also a very good restaurant in the resort which is open for lunch and dinner every day. It is also possible to order bread on evenings for breakfast. They will also soon propose basic everyday groceries.

The resort is totally secure with 24/7 reception and parking guards.

Guest can access the pools and children playground at no extra cost.

We have high speed 4Mb/s unlimited wifi access in the flat.

Electricity - Kitchen

Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, etc. You find in the kitchen cupboards dishes, glasses, pots and cutlery you will need.

In the utility room there is a washing machine - and a folding drying rack.

Remember to open the supply valve water before starting a cycle. (and close on departure)

Bedroom & bathroom

The room is at the back of the apartment, with a king size bed plus a double sofa bed.

You will find in the large wardrobe room, sets of sheets for the bed, and sets of towels.

In storage under the sofa, you can find sets of sheets for the other sleeping.

The bathroom is accessible from two sides of the room.

The lounge

Dining table and lounge area with 2 sofas (1 sofabed), table and cable TV.

The terrace

Dining table and loungers are provided - the cushions for chairs and loungers are on top of the wardrobe.

There's also a BBQ that you can use. Charcoal is in a bucket in the utility room by the kitchen.

Security

The resort is looked after by a security team working 24/7. They are also securing the private parking

Shopping - Downtown

For shopping, the easiest way is Carrefour - Almazaar.

To join Carrefour, take the road to the airport. Agdal roundabout take a left and follow to the mall.

For Medina, take the road to the airport. At the roundabout Agdal, turn right and follow to the Royal Palace.

Parking lots are available at the gates of the Medina.

For the new city Gueliz. take the road to the airport. Agdal roundabout, go straight then left, then Avenue Mohamed VI right and follow to the theater and the train station.

Ce dernier propose aussi un service de boulangerie-viennoiserie à commander la veille et bientôt d’une mini-épicerie.

Cuisine équipée avec four, micro-ondes, frigidaire/congélateur, bouilloire, cafetiere, toaster, machine a laver, etc.

Vous trouverez dans les placards de la cuisine la vaisselle, les verres, les casseroles et les couverts dont vous aurez besoin.

Le couchage – La salle de bain

La chambre est au fond de l’appartement, avec un grand lit et sur la droite un canapé convertible.

Vous trouverez dans la grande penderie de la chambre, les sets de draps pour le lit, et les sets de serviettes de toilette.

Dans le rangement sous le canapé convertible, vous trouverez les sets de draps pour cet autre couchage.

La salle de bain est accessible par les 2 côtés de la chambre.

Le salon

Coin salle a manger et salon avec 2 canapés dont 1 convertible avec table basse, TV satellite

La terrasse

Chaises longues et table/chaises fournies. Les coussins des chaises et des transats sont sur le dessus de la penderie de la chambre.

Il y a aussi un barbecue - vous trouverez le charbon dans un seau situé dans la buanderie.

Les courses - Le centre –ville

Pour vos courses, le plus simple est le Carrefour – Almazaar (5 minutes).

Pour rejoindre le Carrefour, reprenez la route de l’aéroport. Au rond-point Agdal, prendre a gauche et suivre jusqu’au centre commercial.

Pour la Medina, reprenez la route de l’aéroport. Au rond-point Agdal, prendre a droite et suivre jusqu’au Palais Royal.

Des parkings sont disponibles aux portes de la Medina.

Pour la nouvelle ville Gueliz. reprenez la route de l’aéroport. Au rond-point Agdal, prendre tout droit puis a gauche, puis l’avenue Mohamed VI a droite et suivre jusqu’au théâtre et la gare.
