Response from the owner Thanks for the comments I'll take notes on your comments. As for us , we have to say that our experience with Andreas was not nice, he said our house was not clean and that he had to clean for 2 hours in the kitchen wich is impossible cause everything was left clean before their arrival. I asked him to meet during the next day that he wrote to me but he was not available and certainly wanted to stay at the house even if everything was not like he wanted it to be. He left the house not clean either and i would not recommend this group.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
