Room bain.WC separated. Cooked. Southern exposure. beautiful view of a large panorama: Golf Makila, rolling countryside and mountains to the Rhune in the background. The location of the residence allows you to enjoy all aspects of the Basque country, the odds: Anglet, Biarritz, Bidart, ST JEAN DE LUZ, Hendaye ... the hinterland: BAYONNE, AINHOA, ESPELETTE the Landes and ... the Spanish Basque country accessible by highway. The apartment is spacious, lit by large windows, well maintained and well equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso, toaster, hair dryer ...) The furniture is new and quality, with comfortable bedding, including sofa bed A large balcony outside the bedrooms used to take meals or rest and enjoy the view. The pool of the residence is available from 1 June to 30 September. The 18 hole golf course is a few meters from the apartment, and the clubhouse restaurant. The mid-season rates were reduced by 25% compared to 2012 or apartment appeared in the LAGRANGE catalog. Cleaning end of stay (except kitchen and dishes) taxes and linens are included. The beds are made on arrival.
