This beautiful 5-bedroom and 3-full bathroom pool home with the most relaxing water view is waiting for you and your family to enjoy your vacation in sunshine Central Florida. This home is located right off Highway 27, North of the US 192 intersection. Only 10 minutes away from Animal Kingdome, and 15 to 20 minutes away from all major Central Florida attractions. It is located to the west of I-4, making it sweet for you to avoid the major West bound traffic jam on US 192 and South bound traffic jam on I-4. Enjoy a smooth ride home when you are so exhausted after a long day in the attractions!

Wal-Mart, Chili's, Burger King, KFC and Starbucks are literally on the way home. Town Center at Cogan Crossing is on the other side of Highway 27. Lots of local shops, restaurants and super markets are waiting for you to explore.

The pool deck is expanded on both sides to make sure your whole family can swim, rest and bath in the sunshine at the same time. Plus, there are no close rear neighbors!

The house can host up to 13 people. There are two Master bedrooms with their own full bath rooms in each suite. Two master bedrooms and bunk bedroom have their own flat TVs, and a large 52 inch flat TV with DVD in the living room as well. One fold-up bed with memory foam mattress for every guest's fast asleep.

Tiles throughout the house to make sure it is squeaky clean. Mattresses, bed-liens and kitchen appliances are brand new up to date of 7/07, 2016.

Regular check out time is anytime before 10:00 am on the day of leaving.

Late check out or early check in are available at $20 per hour rate, maximum up to 3 hours early or late.

Private pool heating is $30 per day.
