Description
We live in the country, mid-way between Tauranga and Rotorua, on 5.5 acres of land, grow most of our own veggies and have an orchard of fruit trees. We have the beautiful Otanewainuku Forest on our doorstep with three lovely bush walks to choose from.
Our lovely spacious and self-contained country studio apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind, completely separate to the main house with your own front door, en-suite bathroom with shower and breakfast bar stocked with a selection of teas, coffee and home-baked goodies. A flat screen TV & WiFi is included for your enjoyment. French doors open out onto a small deck and a view of the surrounding countryside.
Sit in the armchairs and take in the peacefulness while listening to the bird calls. Wander through the veggie garden and see whats growing or hand feed our calves who love an apple or two from the orchard.
What's for Breakfast?
A selection of seasonal fruit, orange juice, homemade toasted muesli, yoghurt, toast and jams for a Continental Breakfast is waiting for you at the breakfast bar or come join us inside for bacon and farm fresh eggs done any style. Enjoy the taste of our rain water, with its double filtration and UV filter system - guests have said it is the best water they have ever tasted.
We are perfectly situated as a base to explore from.
