We live at the adjoining Muntham Apartments property and so are on hand to welcome guests upon arrival and show them to the Town House. We have an office on site and are generally available every morning between 8am and 10am for any queries or assistance. We give all guests our landline and mobile number and we can be texted at any time.

“Great holiday”

My family and I have just had a great week at the townhouse, Adam was friendly and helpful, and the house was lovely. I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Devon.

There is nothing bad I can say about this place from the cleanliness to the decor. You arrive and when you walk into the reception area you are amazed how wonderful it is,then walking in to our holiday home it was of a very high standard and will definitely be staying again and all local amenities are within walking distance. 10/10

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
