We do have a BRAND NEW sister property just down the street that has many summer weeks open. It will look very similar to this model!

NEW CONStRUCTION IS A RARE FIND ON HILTON HEAD ISLAND!

We are located mid- island off Folly Field Road close to lots of shopping and restaurants at the new Shelter Cove Town Centre! We are also located right behind Adventure Cove, home to the island's 2 Caribbean themed putt putt golf courses and indoor arcade! You and the kids can walk there! The island's only zip lining park is just 7 minutes away.

Come escape to the island and spend some time in our BRAND NEW modern Sandcastle by the Sea!

This home has it ALL!

We are just .3 of a mile from Folly Field Beach ..that's just a quick bike ride or 20 second car drive. Sandcastles by the Sea has a gated entrance that is kept closed at night.

Ground Level: Starting on the ground level, the home features a large garage under the house with a beach cart, beach chairs, kids beach toys and plenty of storage. The back of the ground level overlooks the lagoon and has a gorgeous sparkling, heated, private pool with glass tile waterfall wall. The pool has overhead dimmer lights for nighttime swimming. Just off of the pool underneath the home's upper decks is a large paver patio to cool off on with an outdoor sectional, 2 large swinging pod chairs , kids chair, a giant outdoor connect four game and a propane Weber grill area with marble countertops . We also have an outdoor shower to rinse off when coming in from the beach.

Take the elevator from the ground floor up to any floor of the home!

First Floor: Features one bedroom with a KING bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom, gourmet kitchen with farm sink, stainless appliances and hood, granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large island with barstools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, paper towels etc.

The living room and dining room are an open floor plan featuring 12 foot wide sliding glass doors that open up the first floor to a large screen porch with relaxing views of the freshwater lagoon.. The porch features a large swing bed to lay on, relax and take in the breeze. Also a large outdoor sectional with a table for lounging or dining al fresco.

The 2nd floor features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed featuring a high end foam mattress that you will melt in while watching TV on your large flat screen tv. There is also a portable crib/playpen with a 3" mattress in this room. The romantic master bedroom features its own large screened porch for enjoying morning coffee plus a rocking hammock bed! The luxurious master bath is spa like with a large RAINHEAD shower, frame-less shower door, subway tile, granite counters and dual vanities.

Also on the 2nd floor are two additional bedrooms. One is a QUEEN and one is a KING both with flat screen TVs. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo,. This floor also has a full size laundry room.

The top level features a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, flat screen TV, and a full bathroom.

And finally, a place the kids will never forget. A large kids bedroom/playroom featuring 3 sets of bunk beds ( 6 single beds total), a play table for coloring, a teepee reading nook with books, a game table with many types of games and cards, a large flat screen tv/dvd with a library of movies for all ages, and many other unique surprises in this fun and festively decorated retreat.

The house will have everything you need for a relaxing stay away..including a stroller, crib, baby swing, highchair, baby supplies and toys. If you have a special request, please let us know a few weeks ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate you!

The Folly Field Beach access just down the street has parking, bathrooms, outdoor showers, a vending machine and a rubberized pathway to the beach making access easy for kids, elderly and those pulling beach carts or strollers ( see picture in listing).

DO NOT remove the baby gate or you will pay the handyman fee ($100) to reinstall it.
Please plug alarm clock back in and set the time if you unplug them. All alarm clocks do have a USB port for phone chargers though.
PLEASE do not set anything on the couches except yourself.
