Whimsical 2 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom Townhome located in the ever popular Bay-side community of Little Harbor.

Appointed with unique decorations added to the necessities, you will more than enjoy your stay.

You vacation spot offers you Canal Side & Marina views to relax & watch the boats pass by; you might even see a manatee or two from your gorgeous Queen Bedroom balcony on the third floor. There is another bedroom also on the third floor with two Twin Size beds. Both bedrooms share a hall bath.

The main Living Area offers you comfortable furniture, including a Sofa Sleeper, a large Flat Screen TV, and a canal side balcony with patio furniture.

The Dining Area has seating for 4 and a Breakfast Bar with seating for 2. Granite counter tops service the convenient kitchen. Full size Appliances as well as small counter top appliances and all the cookware, dinnerware and flatware you need are available to make a great family meal or just a quick snack before you head to the Resort’s private beach.

Enjoy an afternoon at the Private Beach just a short walk from your vacation home. Dinner plans are easy at the Resort's two on-site restaurants. Much fun to be had with water sport rentals, pool (next to Hooks Restaurant) a game of tennis or just exploring Little Harbor. Charter fishing is also available, check out Anabana, Capt Joel

I grew up in South Florida and spent lots of time on deep water canals in the Lauderdale area down to the Keys. Little Harbor feels like I'm back living as a local as I did. You can fish on the canals, take a boat out to Tampa Bay and down to the Gulf if you want to, take a charter to do some great deep sea fishing, kayak from the little beach and play tennis. The townhouse is wonderful. Both the living room and master bedroom have great views of the marina and canal, screened porches to have coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with all you could need to be a chef. Grocery stores are nearby, local and chain restaurants (great Mexican food!) but Tampa and St. Pete are 20-30 minutes away for any cultural event, museums, zoo and aquarium, great restaurants etc. Donald S.

This home is inviting with comfortable beds for all. The view was great on all the decks. Beautiful decor. Clean and had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Our sons enjoyed the basketball court and the neighborhood was lovely for walks. We would return here again if in the area. Jeannette Z.

How do damage deposits work?
