Description

This condo boasts quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances in its spacious kitchen, complemented by a new washer and dryer conveniently located off the kitchen. A fresh dining table with bench seating was installed in early summer 2020, while the main living area flaunts all-new furniture, providing ample seating for a large family. Every bed in the condo has been outfitted with new mattresses, enhancing comfort. Additionally, the condo showcases stunning new hardwood floors and has been treated to a fresh coat of paint.

Throughout the condo, generous 9-foot ceilings contribute to an open and bright ambiance. The lavish master suite opens onto a balcony, capturing gentle ocean breezes. The professionally designed kitchen features solid surface countertops and a roomy pantry. Upon stepping through the wood double entry doors into the foyer, guests immediately recognize the uncompromising elegance of The Margate. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second and third bedrooms, and two double over full bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. Please note that this condo is privately owned and does not provide access to the Embassy Suites Splash park.

While every effort is made to ensure the availability of amenities, we cannot guarantee their operation during your stay. Additionally, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted on the grounds.

Included in the housekeeping fee are departure cleaning services and linens. Linen provisions consist of 4 towels and washcloths per king, queen, or full bed, and 2 towels and washcloths per twin bed. Each bathroom is supplied with 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat, while the kitchen is equipped with 1 hand towel and 1 dish rag. Guests will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen.

Please note that house parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We only rent to non-family groups if ALL members are 25 years of age or older. Misrepresentation of age by groups will not qualify for refunds.
