TERRASSE FACE à la MER, couverte par une Véranda pour mieux profiter de LA VUE quel que soit le temps !
Possibilité de réservation à partir de TROIS nuits MINIMUM .

Situé dans un quartier calme et agréable, avec Villa particulières, vous pourrez également faire un parcours sportif au cœur de la PINÈDE qui est à 500 mètres, du VÉLO sur la voie verte aménagée pour les adeptes de la petite Reine, les PÊCHEURS pourront profiter de la Mer (en face) ou de l Étang (à 300 mètres) pour voir leur fil courir au fil de l eau...
N oubliez pas le MARCHÉ au cœur du village 3 fois par semaine, ainsi que les petits marchés nocturnes dans les différents quartiers de la station.
LE LYDIA, paquebot des sables dans son lit de béton est à visiter... il vous racontera son histoire...
LE BARCARES-PORT-BARCARES, Pavillon Bleu des Plages depuis plusieurs années, à découvrir ou à revoir, ne vous laisseront pas indifférents...
A 20 km de Perpignan, puis continuez un peu et vous serez en Espagne, en Andorre ou à la montagne ...
L arrière pays vous attirera également avec ses petits villages typiques.
La Côte Vermeille est une merveille et mérite elle aussi d être parcourue.
Mais n oubliez pas que vous venez pour la plage, le farniente, la détente et la récupération de la grisaille de l Hiver... Faites le plein de vitamines D !
A noter que, Hors Saison (de Mi octobre à Mi Mai) un relevé des consommations des compteurs d eau et d électricité est fait à l arrivée et au départ du vacancier. (Environ 10 à 15 euros pour une semaine).
HORS SAISON, possibilité de location MINIMUM 3 nuits.
Une Caution de 300 euros remboursable le jour du départ si pas de problème
vous sera demandée.
Possibilité de faire faire le ménage à la demande.
Location du linge (de lit et de toilette, sans oublier les serviettes de plage) à la demande pour 35 euros le tout.
