Penthouse on the sixth floor with large terrace panoramic on the river Arno, the park and most famous hill of the city (Michelangelo's Hill with the church of Santa Maria a Monte): 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Large living room, kitchen. Private parking. WiFi high speed, Smart TV with Netflix.
Strategic position to visit the city (we are only 500 meters from where the tour buses go down the tourists to start walking city tour).
The price does not include city tax (5,5 EUR per day per person for first 7 days, excluding children under 12 years).
We use the best quality linen: sheets in percale / satin cotton. New high comfort mattresses. Over 5 hours of cleaning before each guest.

Response from the owner Thank you, in fact there was a problem with one of the three pumps in the central heating system that reduced the effectiveness of heating (and hot water). This problem has however only affected one of the two bedrooms (with the internal bathroom). The problem could not be solved immediately because the spare parts stores were closed for the Christmas holidays. Immediately we have completely solved your problem with the use of a small heater in the only room where there is the problem. The problem was definitively resolved in the first days of January, after your departure, with the replacement of the central heating pump. The month of December was exceptionally cold in Florence and this did not allow the use of the south-facing panoramic terrace on the river and make walks in the park in front of the apartment. The weather is crazy all over the world with wide temperature ranges ... A few days after your departure the temperatures have risen and you could stay in the sun on the terrace with the only cotton shirt. So the guest arrived after you, have celebrate the new year on the terrace, seeing the fireworks of the city ......

Response from the owner Thanks. We are 500 meters from the beginning of the old city and from the area closed to car traffic. The first important monument (the church of Santa Croce) is about 1.5 km (20 minutes walk walking along the park on the river).
