Superior accommodations await you at this gated community located in the heart of Rosarito, Mexico. Just steps from the on site pool, and beach. This beachfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath, family home with lots of amenities, on the beach comfortably sleeps 9.

Feel safe in professionally 24/7 guarded community with entrances from the street and from the beach. Your just a short walk along the beach or take a quick cab ride to the excitement that the Rosarito night life offers, Pappa's and Beer (A must see and be seen bar & dance tourist favorite) and do not forget to stop by the Rosarito Beach Hotel for shopping, eating, or enjoy some live entertainment. When your done, come home and relax in your private Jacuzzi, roast some marshmallows at your private fire-pit, BBQ some dinner and rest up for another day of play.

Stop in at the Beachcomber Restaurant and flag down a waiter for in home, patio or poolside breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks just like owning your own private resort.

VIP Master bedroom has a 32" Flat-screen, locking door with large private bath that has a large round tub, separate shower and Jack n Jill sinks, queen bed, mirrored wall to wall closets and a large dresser. Private guest room has a full bed and attached restroom with dual entrances, 3rd room is open with twin beds plus a roll-a-way bed in closet.

Full kitchen with pure water dispenser, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, dinnerware, breakfast bar, inside and outside dining. All electric appliances. Fully equipped. Clothes washer and dryer. Large 65" big screen HD, Direct TV with US and San Diego news etc plus all of the hundreds of channels there. Also has Cable TV with US and Mexican stations. Parking for 2 cars.
