A wonderful townhouse on the 1st line in the popular apart hotel Club Atlantis****. The three level house with 4 bedrooms, spacious salon and fully equipped kitchen, terrazes with the ocean view and small garden will give you all you need from your holiday house. Club Atlantis is a 4* aparthotel, which is situated right on the sea front, overlooking the fashionable Puerto Colon Marina in the Costa Adeje area in Tenerife.
There are restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance, not to mention the golden sandy beach, as the hotel is right on the sea front. It has three large, fresh water swimming pools, which are surrounded by extensive sun terraces, furnished with sun loungers and sun umbrellas and there is also a restaurant and pool-side bar. The swimming pool at Club Atlantis is heated during the winter months.
We are happy to offer a parking space in private secure parking in 3 minutes walking time from the house.

“Lovely townhouse in a fabulous location”
My family, 4 adults and 3 teenagers have just returned from a lovely holiday. The townhouse was perfect with all the comforts of home. There was plenty of room for 7 of us and even included beach towels for us to use. The house was very clean and in a perfect location very close to the beach and all the local bars and restaurants. The house is located within a gated community with the use of a shared pool. The owner Sergey was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

“Lovely place”
Lovely Townhouse in a good location. Not ideal for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. Lots of stairs in the complex and situated on a hill.

Great for bars shops and restaurants , 1 minute from the Harbour and 5 minutes from the beach. This is our view from or of the 2 balconies.

“Great house, great location”
Stayed in this 4 bed townhouse for a week with 7 adults in March. Met by a friendly representative who gave us a full tour of the house and complex, and also helped carry our luggage!! 4 double bedrooms (2 each upper and lower levels) 2 bathrooms on bedrooms floors, 1 toilet just inside front door, utility room, 3 balconies, one with back garden access from bedroom downstairs. All balconies were furnished with tables and chairs and canopies. Fully fitted kitchen incl dishwasher, m/wave and full size fridge/freezer. All the presses and drawers had plenty of delph/cutlery/Pots etc. Living area consisted of dining table, generous size couch, large curved TV with plenty of channels and WIFI. We all loved our stay in the house, it's well laid out and we didn't feel at all cramped in it. It's in a great location, pool area lovely and beach is a 5 minute walk. Bars and restaurants are a plenty in the immediate vicinity, shopping centre about a 5 minute walk, with plenty of shops and also a large supermarket. I'd recommend a stay and would definitely return. If i had to recommend anything...it would be the installation of air con!! We had quite hot weather for March (35-30 degrees), while there were plenty of fans available in all rooms in the house, they are a tad noisy trying to sleep!!!
