Casa Flourish was originally built in the 1950's and has been refurbished beyond its former glory to provide a spacious getaway for romantics, adventurists, anglers, paragliders, friends and families.

This getaway boasts 4 individual sleeping quarters (3 with AC), a master suite and master bathroom, laundry room, 2 massive rooftop terraces, infinity pool and huge views of the beach and ocean. The casa accommodates 8 comfortably and up to 10 guests.

Casa Flourish is located in a highly secure and safe estate providing panoramic views of the the Sierra Madre mountain side, beach, ocean and the "yelapa" (where the mouth of the rivers meets the ocean). Situated only steps from the beach, village, river nightlife and more, Casa Flourish positions you in the ideal location in Yelapa.

Casa Flourish renovation was completed in October of 2016, a brand new palapa roof installed in late 2020, and we're excited to share our home with you!

There are no cars in Yelapa! There are numerous walking paths throughout the town. GPS not required ;) Just ask a local or another tourist if you need them to help point the way.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jay (the owner) a message.

If Jay (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
