Description
Willow Farm Barn is a beautiful and well furnished one bedroom barn conversion completed to high standard offering comfortable accommodation for up to four guests, tucked away with walks around the fields between the villages of Poringland and Brooke.
Willow Farm Barn has a separate entrance and private gateway, consisting of:
All accommodation on one floor.
The Lounge has oak beams and a vaulted ceiling with corner leather sofa which easily transforms to a double bed with stored bedding. Also includes the dining area and modern large TV.
One Bedroom with oak beams and vaulted ceilings. Double bed/mattress and choice of pillows. Hairdryer available to use. Cot available upon request.
Contemporary bathroom with a bath/shower.
Modern fitted kitchen including a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and kitchen utensils.
Willow Farm Barn is a perfect base for exploring Norfolks countryside and coastline, with Whitlingham Broad country park a ten minute drive away. The historic and culturally vibrant city of Norwich is only a fifteen minute drive away.
Nearby village amenities include horse riding and kids activities at the Playbarn, fishing at Poringland Lakes, golf at Dunston Hall as well as local pubs including the Dove, only a two minute walk away, in addition local restaurants and takeaways of which we are happy to provide information and recommendations.

“Willow farm barn”
Excellent as always. Have stayed here every year since it opened and never fails to please . Julie is an excellent hoist and the Barn is spotless and very comfortable. Will be back next year

“Barn on a farm.”
We booked this barn to visit a friend for his birthday party. It was 2 miles away from his house. Lovely clean accommodation. With everything you could want in a home. Great welcome pack to get you settled in with a nice cup of tea. Only drawback was the cockerel in the morning. But then this as I said in the title is a barn on a FARM.

“Willow Farm Barn”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Willow Farm Barn. It was very spacious, spotlessly clean & everything provided.It was so quiet & peaceful there too. Julie the owner could not have done enough for us. Great location as only half hour from Norwich & 50 minutes from Yarmouth. I would definitely recommend Willow Farm Barn to anyone thinking of a nice break in Norfolk.

“Fabulous farm conversion.”
Conveniently located in a private setting. Safe and secure, very clean with everything you need including a full kitchen and washing machine. Very comfortable and cosy. We loved it.
