L'appartamento è situato a Kampos a Samos (Isole dell'Egeo Orientale),ed è in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, in mezzo agli uliveti,l'appartamento è al pianterreno con vista sul viale e verso la piscina
Dista 100 metri circa dalla spiaggia e dal villaggio di Kampos,a 35 km. dall'aereoporto di Pytaghorio, a km.60 da Samos-Vathi,porto di Karlovassi a km.14, fermata bus di linea a metri 100.

La spiaggia è a metri 100 circa,attraverso un sentiero ed è di sabbia dorata (Kampos, Votsalakia)
L'intero edificio,come tutta la struttura, è stato completamente rinnovato nel 2009,ed è una struttura semplice,ma curata e molto accogliente,in architettura tradizionale,tipica di Samos e delle isole Egeo Orientale. Si è vicinissimi al villaggio e a tutti i servizi commerciali,dai market ai ristoranti,bar e locali serali,negozi di souvenir e abbigliamento. Come soluzione risulta essere ottima per chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza piacevole,in un contesto molto tranquillo. E' adatta alle famiglie,anche con bambini piccoli.E' possibile aggiungere un letto per bambini piccoli sotto i 4 anni.
Come servizi ci sono :la piscina attrezzata con i lettini solari,tavolini e ombrelloni,doccia e spogliatoi, begni,reception, spazio per colazione,spazio all’aperto attrezzato con salottino in vimini e altalena, parcheggio nelle vicinanze,le cassette di sicurezza ed il servizio lavanderia (disponibili su richiesta di pagamento in loco), servizio navetta con/per porto e aeroporto (disponibile su richiesta previo accordi con la Direzione).
Si fornisce assistenza per escursioni,noleggio auto-bici-moto con condizioni agevolate,programmazione e organizzazione escursioni/gite dal personale Meltemia.
Pulizia e cambio biancheria ogni 4/5 giorni,per ospiti che pernottano solo una settimana pulizia e cambio biancheria bagno,cucina a metà soggiorno.
L'appartamento è un bilocale,con camera matrimoniale e zona giorno con divano letto da una piazza e mezza,è fornito di biancheria da camera,cucina,bagno con doccia,aria condizionata,angolo cottura attrezzato (con fornelli, fornetti e caffettiera elettrici),frigorifero,asciugacapelli,radio/cd,connessione ad internet (WIFI),terrazzino privato con tavolino,sedie e ombrellone.
Su richiesta è possibile avere la colazione.
Per periodi lunghi,soprattutto fuori stagione è possibile accordarsi per prezzi agevolati.
Da Samos è possibile fare escursioni in Turchia,a Kusadasi e scavi di Efeso in giornata con viaggi organizzati da personale greco,altre gite sempre giornaliere in isole vicine come Patmos e visite al Monastero di San Giovanni,escursioni ad altri isolotti come Samiopoula,considerata parco naturale e gite con il pescatore sulle coste di Samos. L'isola è abbastanza grande,quindi è consigliato il noleggio di un mezzo.
I proprietari si offrono di consigliare i posti da visitare,le spiagge e sfruttare al meglio la vacanza,inoltre vivono in struttura e quindi sono reperibili 24H/24H.
Il personale degli studio fornisce anche assistenza per i noleggi auto e può far trovare l'auto direttamente in aeroporto,previo accordo e prenotazione.
Lo staff del Meltemia studio garantisce professionalità, organizzazione ed assistenza per ogni possibile richiesta.Su richiesta è possibile avere colazione,servizio lavanderia,aria condizionata,transfer aeroporto-Meltemia e viceversa, escursioni,assistenza rent car, suggerimenti per ristoranti,locali notturni,vita diurna e notturna,nonché negozi e vari partners convenzionati. All'arrivo viene offerto un piccolo assaggio di alcuni prodotti locali e vengono consegnate cartina e depliants sulla località e sull'isola I proprietari risiedono in struttura sempre, tutto l'anno e sono a disposizione degli ospiti.
