Two stone fireplaces, high end finishes and furnishings, 2 jetted tubs, steam shower, private salt system hot tub with breathtaking mountain views for this unit's use only. It's truly like staying at a world class spa.

Premiere location half block off Main Street in the center of town, walk to Frisco’s best dining and entertainment. Two master suites, separate media room with 65” UHD flatscreen, separate laundry room, two fireplaces. 950 feet of deck space, outdoor dining area, 6 burner gas grill, outdoor firepit seating area, free wifi.

Oversized cook’s kitchen/open concept great room, with professional grade appliances, knives and cookware. Massive quartzite center island with counter seating for 6. We also have a formal dining table that seats 10.

All organic cotton linens and organic mattresses (same brand as at Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch), guest robes and slippers. Shampoo, conditioner, bath salts, shower gel, makeup remover, kitchen and laundry soaps supplied.

All adult guests have organic cotton robes and slippers provided. All adult bedrooms have flat screen HD TV's.

The home is brand new construction with the finest finishes, but it's durable and comfortable. Beautiful oak hardwood floors, lush cozy rugs, and you never have early morning cold feet because of our luxurious in-floor radiant heating.

5-minute bike ride to 55 miles of paved, dedicated bike/hiking path. It’s a short walk to gorgeous Lake Dillon Marina. We're also a five minute walk from the Frisco river and it's legendary fishing.

Walk a block and a half and hop on the free Summit Shuttle that takes you to all the world class resorts, Copper Mountain is 8 minutes away, Keystone is 12 minutes, Breckenridge is 15.

Frisco is a classic Western mountain town in terms of architecture and stunning scenery, Rocky Mountain fans liken it to Aspen in its prime. 5-star dining, unique casual dining, day spas, shopping, 2 yoga studios, art galleries, book stores, antique shopping, museum, bakeries, coffee, ice cream and candy shops, bike and sports equipment rentals, all within a few blocks walk of the condo.

Though our part of town has historic architecture, stunning vistas, a crystal clear mountain lake, a rushing river, miles of hiking trails, as well as fantastic parks, we're also 6 minutes away from a major shopping area with Whole Foods, Safeway, Wal-Mart, Starbucks and all the modern conveniences you'll want for stocking up. Our part of town has all the rustic charm, but when you need something from Wal-Mart, it's right there.

There's both fun rustic dining and world class five star cuisine in our town, live entertainment, an exciting bar scene, but it all shuts down pretty early, so that by the time you're ready to sleep you'll feel like you hear nothing but the wind through the pine trees and the hoot of an owl.

Our home has the feeling of an isolated rustic home in the woods, combined with the ease and convenience of being able to walk out the front door and have recreation and dining choices that will please even the most experienced traveler.

We're bestselling authors and filmmakers, and this property has been where we have done some of our best work, so if you're seeking inspiration for creativity of your own, we can verify that this is an amazing place to let your imagination soar.
