Your villa close to Angkor ...

Very nice property of 200 square meters consisting of 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The saltwater pool of 10 meters by 5 faces the living room and leads directly to one of the bedroom. The other two bedrooms overlook a large fish pond. All rooms have their own terrace.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning, cable flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The bathrooms are all with hot water.

Children are welcome and we can add single beds in the rooms as they are large enough for it.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a large refrigerator, gas burners, and all you need to cook.

We offer a personalized service including full breakfast, and housekeeping. Staff is available if you wish. We will give you a mobile phone that allows you to immediately contact the staff which stay nearby.

This staff is available to book tours , outings and advise you on restaurants or shops in town.

Our villa is located in a very quiet area, outside the busy center. But very close to the temples of Angkor and only 5 minutes from downtown by tuk tuk or car.

We can book for you tuk tuk, car with driver or minivan.

A car rental service Avi is present in Siem Reap. It offers 4x4 or smaller vehicles at very good rates.

To drive in Cambodia you will need to have your international license.
