Holidays of relaxation a calm environment and of peace inside the apartment, but with possibility of aquatic activities, snorkel, diving, restaurants, shopping,...

The one who knows it repeats.

Community swimming pool, elevator, two income. Surface 61 m2 plus 25m2 of private terrace.

TV Flat Screen and TV antenna foreign channels, washer, electrical thermo of 100 liters. Air conditioning, mike slings, icebox, vitro ceramic, completely equipped (frying pans, casseroles, cutlery,...).

The apartment is totally renewed with the whole furniture putting on.

The apartment is located in fourth plant in a zone completely independent neighbors, close to the cliffs.

The access can be for two routes, main entrance with elevator and with small waterfall inside.

The other entrance is for back zone with steps or elevator.

The center of the village is only five minutes walking, there are supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, black sand beach, public swimming pools, water sports facilities, dolphins and whales watching, cruises, kayaking,...

The road to the apartment is mainly residential and lined with pine trees.

The apartment is located in , a quiet relaxing block usually with no children.

Apartment of luxury placed. Watch the changing light of the cliffs and ocean as the early morning sunrises over you and setting at dusk often with glorious sunsets on the islands of La Gomera and la Palma. See the boats leave the harbour to go fishing, searching for whales and dolphins.

Lovely clean apartment with all you need to enjoy your holiday. The balcony is beautiful with sunshine from midday right up to wonderful sunsets

Nothing wrong with the apartment everything you need could do with a little tender care though and some English t v channels. Clean with beautiful views over the sea from the large balcony on which the sun shines from about midday. We would go back but too far from town although taxis are numerous and cheap. Had a great holiday if closer to the town would go back

Visited Javier’s apartment for a week at the end of November. Perfect for a couple. Everything we needed. Perfect location less than a 10 minute walk from the centre. Hill is a bit steep but that’s not a problem. Will definitely visit again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Javier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
