Apartment located in the historic center of Venice, near the Ghetto, a 10-minute walk from the train station and / or the multi storey car park in Piazzale Roma; a 5-minute walk from the # 1 vaporetto stops (S. Marcuola) or 41.52, Alilaguna (Airport Guglie stop).
Apartment equipped with free wifi, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher.
Nearby there are plenty of restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias where taste the typical Venetian dishes, the best pizzas or drink an aperitif along the canals.
Among Taverns we recommend the "Paradise Parduto", "Al Timon", "Antica Mola." Among Pizzerias: "At Bells", "Vesuvio", "Al Faro".
The Ghetto, founded in 1500, is the first quarter in history with forced residence for members of the Jewish community. Compared to the rest of the buildings in Venice, the houses were elevated and in the evening the area was closed. The Jewish Museum of Venice is a museum, in a unique architectural and urban complex of its kind. The Synagogues of the Ghetto Nuovo are located at the top of the existing buildings to them and they are hardly recognizable from the outside, while inside out to be of little jewels. Taking up the busy Strada Nova, you get to the San Marcuola, from the unfinished facade, with inside The Last Supper by Tintoretto. Nearby is Ca 'Vendramin Calergi, home to the municipal casino and even a museum dedicated to Richard Wagner, who lived and died in this building.
