Seaview on Burton: Step Into the Forest - This Tudor style home sits above a Monterey pine forest sweeping 1/2 mi down to the ocean, in full view. This is a 3-story house. Guests occupy 2000 sq ft on 2 levels. Main floor: 2-car garage, 25 x 15 deck with gas barbecue, full kitchen, laundry, dining room, living room with large gas fireplace, and half bathroom. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 7 x 13 deck. Adults only, no pets. A completely separate below the street level office is used by staff.
