It occupies the entire top floor of a small Art-Deco building and offers an Entry Gallery with Guest Powder Room, two beautifully decorated air-conditioned Bedrooms, each with queen size bed and lovely en-suite Bath, a gorgeous Kitchen with all the latest in appliances, bright Dining Room and Living Room with wide sea vistas from the Cap Martin to the Monte-Carlo Casino. Spectacular views looking out from the panoramic window bays of your spacious Living Room, Dining Room, and Open Kitchen, you will overlook the mega-yachts that rest peacefully at anchor below and rejoice in taking guesses at which they are: the Maltese Falcon, Octopus, Red Dragon, Pegasus, or else?
A five-minute walk will take you via the public elevator to the Larvotto beaches for a quick swim, or down to Sass' Café, or the Grimaldi Forum for a show, dinner or dancing; a 6-minute walk takes you to the Casino Square. Buses to the Palace, the Harbor, Nice or Menton are only 2 minutes away... You couldn't dream of a better location within Monte-Carlo: that's precisely why residents call it "Center".
