In the 2200m² property with garden and trees, Villa Maria is the one of two similar houses.100m² which consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom at ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with balconies and the main bathroom.Mosquito nets to all doors and windows.Villa Maria was completely renovated.
