Cozy cottage with sauna & hot tub! Perfect for romantic gateways, birthdays, reunions, families & friends get together.

Cottage is located in Blue Mountain, 5 min drive to the Blue Mountain Village, 2 min drive to Scandinavian Spa, 5 min to Georgian Bay Beach, 15 min to Wasaga Beach. The location is perfect for exploring Blue Mountain Village, Skiing, Snowboarding, Spa, etc.

This 2 storey cottage has brand new sauna, hot tub, 2 living rooms with gas fireplace, smart TV connected to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, toaster, metal cutlery, etc.) and big dining table on the main floor.

Master bedroom has a newly renovated bathroom with Japanese Toilet and Steam Shower.

Backyard has HotTub, Sauna, BBQ for grilling ,big table with chairs for chilling and fire pit.

The cottage sleeps up to 10 people.

- 2 rooms queen bed,

- 1 room with full bed,

- 1 pull out couch and two sofas

- Propane is included for the BBQ

- Parking is available for a max of 6 vehicles - No parking in the street during winter as fines apply by Blue Mountain Municipality

House rules

GARBAGE RULES: blue bin for recylcing, green bin for compost and black bin for garbage. In the kitchen counter there are garbage tags for the second garbage bag if needed. It is a yellow sticker that says " Simcoe community " if you have a second garbage bag you need to put the tag in the bag otherwise the garbage pickup will only take one bag.If you have a third garbage bag you can take it with you, or leave it in the garage for a $10 disposal fee!

Would recommend the cozy cottage for a getaway. We went in the winter an there was lots to do the house is great. Hand down our fave was the hot tub and sauna outside. Our dog had a blast as well.

My family just spent whole weekend there... Convenient location, close to gas station,shop, water equipment rental.3 min drive to a small beautiful beach, almost private:) Had a worry-free weekend!
