Description

A family cottage just 400 metres from Perranuthnoe's sandy beach. Great for families, for sandcastles, for swimming & surfing, for rock pooling, for kites, for bat and ball or for just relaxing and with a couple of lovely cafes. The award winning Victoria Inn pub is in the village.

Perranuthnoe is a quiet village 2 miles from Marazion and St Michaels Mount, 7 miles from Penzance train station and a half hour drive to both the Eden Project and Lands End.

No 3 St Pirans Cottages is one of 5 cottages converted from a stone barn and calving sheds The cottages open onto a lush, south facing garden with plenty of room to relax. The cottage has a large kitchen/dinner; living room; one double bedroom and one large bedroom with 3 singles and beach views and one bathroom.

“Wouldn’t use this house again”

Location was perfect but the house was extremely disappointing. Kitchen and dining area very poor. Washing machine flooded kitchen on first use. The only place to try and dry any clothes was on a rusty clothes airer which wouldn’t stand up. Bathroom also was awful , the shower was erratic and a shower curtain?? No outside chairs or table so couldn’t sit outside on a nice day. In the picture there shows an outside table and chairs??? Would definitely return to Perranuthnoe but not to this cottage.

“Fabulous holiday”

We had a wonderful week in Jane’s lovely cottage - it has everything you could possibly need for a week with small children and it’s a massive bonus to be able to walk down to beautiful Perranuthnoe beach. Be warned, both the Cabin and Peppercorn cafes in the village are fantastic and you will spend far too much money in both sampling the delicious food, cakes and ice cream! Thank you Jane we will certainly be back

“Lovely cottage on the Cornish coast”

Lovely location. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach or along the southwest coast path without getting the car out. The cottage was clean and well equipped. Lovely area.
