Description
Plover Cottage is a charming detached property situated in the heart of Lindley, a village on the outskirts of Huddersfield. It is a few hundred yards from a variety of local amenities that the village has to offer. It is 10 minutes drive from the town centre (1.9mi) and a very short drive to junction, 23 and 24 of the M62 motorway.
Plover Cottage has been completely refurbished.
French doors from the lounge area open on to the small court yard.
A new modern kitchen and utility room with washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and cooking facilities.
The garden area that catches the sun has a table and chairs to sit out to enjoy al fresco surrounded by colours and aroma from different plants.
Suitability: Children welcome, non smoking only, pets considered, wheelchair inaccessible.
