situé 500 mètres de la remontée Panthiaz seulement à 5 minutes du télésiège du Crêt Béni de la Chapelle d'Abondance - Accès au domaine skiable franco-suisse des Portes du Soleil à 1km accessible à 30 m avec la navette gratuite.

Beaucoup d'activités d'hiver et d'été à la montagne.

Le chalet de location est constitué sur 2 niveaux

en plus de l'accès au garage pour tout rangement de matériel

y compris un sèche botte pour 10 personnes.

Il y a 4 chambres spacieuses, une 5e chambre en option, quatre salles de bains et 1wc séparés ; au rez-de-chaussée une grande cuisine a aire ouverte entièrement neuve tout équipée, une salle à manger spacieuse pour 8 personnes, le salon avec cheminée, TV et lecteur DVD; vue sur les montagnes et accès à la terrasse depuis le salon, table de jardin pour déjeuner à l'extérieur ; jardin privé et terrasse orientation sud (ensoleillé). Parking privé pour 4 voitures devant le chalet.

À quelques centaines de mètres vous trouverez différents restaurants réputés pour leur table, bars, pub, boulangerie, journaux, presse, l'école de ski, pharmacie et épicerie, l'office du tourisme.

À Châtel situer à 5km un nouveau centre aquatique avec des thermes, une patinoire, bowling, cinéma et nombreuses autres activités.
