Elegante appartamento, al piano terra con accesso indipendente. Si compone di ampia Sala Relax/cucina abitabile, 2 bagni, 2 camere/letto matrimoniali. Fornito di stoviglie, frigo-freezer, forno, TV, biancheria, divano letto, lettino bimbi. L'arredamento è nuovo in stile moderno.
Il quartiere è molto tranquillo ed è fornito di negozi, supermercati, banche, chiese, ristoranti, pizzerie, gelaterie e Ospedale. Gestito da personale cordiale e attento alle varie esigenze, "La Rosa dei Venti" è consigliato per la sua posizione centrale e pacata - dalla quale è possibile raggiungere i punti principali di ACRI a piedi - per lo stile tenue e moderno e per l'atmosfera magica e rilassante. La struttura è ospitale e funzionale con eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo!!!... è consigliato anche per lunghi soggiorni. Il prezzo è giornaliero per l'intera struttura (5 persone, max 6).
