Gite avec piscine, à seulement 10 minutes des plages de sables fin d’Ajaccio. Arrivée possible en semaine hors saison. Vue panoramique sur le golfe d’Ajaccio en entier et sur le golfe de lava. Piscine de 7m x 3,5 m et de 1,2m de profondeur avec plage en bois de 30m² et bain de soleil, exposition plein sud, securisé pour les enfants. Très belle vue mer et montagne. Calme, à la campagne, gite de 29 m² au rez de jardin de la maison des propriétaires .Exposition sud ouest et plein sud sur la deuxième terrasse.2 terrasse de 12m² avec salon de jardin et barbecue. Parking privatif devant le gite. Terrain privatif de 300m² avec chaise longue. Accès internet en WIFI. Chèques vacances acceptés. Prix toutes charges comprises incluant aussi le chauffage. Lès animaux ne sont pas admis. Les draps ne sont pas fournis ils sont proposer a 10€ la parure et le linge de toilette a 5€ par personne.
