This 2 bed 2 full bath condo is ideally located across the road from Charley Young and the Kama'ole beaches of South Kihei, Maui. Charley Young Beach is perfect for morning swims, sunsets all year round, and whale-watching in the winter. The second-floor lanai gives you a view of sunrise over Haleakala, native trees and birds, plus a peek of ocean and Kaho'olawe off shore--no parking lots, no road noise. The lanai furniture is at bistro height so you see the view, not the railing. Only 13 miles from Kahului airport.
The condo is furnished as a beautiful second home with all new island style furniture. Queen beds with high-end mattresses in both bedrooms, plus comfortable brand new queen sleeper sofa. No open loft--both bedrooms are on the same level and private. The kitchen is generously equipped. The dining table seats 6. Both bathrooms have tiled full-size tub showers. Gorgeous tumbled travertine floors, granite countertops, bamboo cabinets, and carefully chosen art reflect the natural beauty of this island paradise.
Fully equipped kitchen with new fridge and dishwasher, large stove with convection oven, microwave, appliances and lots of cookware. The water filtration system provides unlimited quantities of pure water. Washer dryer in the unit. Brand new flat screen 46" TV with external speaker system to enhance audio for movies and music. Free high-speed wi-fi, free Netflix and Pandora streaming, plus BluRay dvd player. Quiet and efficient dual zone Fujitsu air conditioner with remote controls. Plenty of beach towels, four luxury beach chairs with cooler pouches, 2 large UV-blocking umbrellas, soft cooler for picnics, pro-style boogie board, "noodles" for relaxed floating. Full sized ironing board and iron.
The extra-wide reserved parking stall and the elevator are conveniently located near the unit. The beautifully tiled pool area includes new barbecues, picnic tables, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Lesbian and gay friendly, family friendly, wheelchair accessible. Pacific Shores is a quiet, mellow, friendly, well cared for, and clean complex.
Walk to shops, restaurants, and beach parks with lawns, lifeguards, and beach volleyball. Walk to surf or stand-up paddleboard at famous Cove Park, with lessons available every day. Groceries close by. Wailea is just a 5 minute drive, with golf, more beaches for snorkeling, swimming, fishing, and body-surfing, plus high-end shops and restaurants. “Great condo, walking distance from beach”
Location is just amazing. Walking distance from beach with great snorkeling. Condo has all you need. It includes beach equipment. Pillows are a bit small... but it won't affect your trip.
