Master bedroom with queen size bed, walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with double bed, bedroom 3 with two single beds.

Main bathroom has a spa bath with shower attachment.

Living are with timber floors, TV, DVD and stereo adjoins small deck, kitchen with dishwasher & microwave opens onto covered deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting.

Laundry downstairs with w/machine & dryer, outdoor shower, double carport, off street parking and phone available for incoming calls.

One of a pair, this modern three bedroom beach house is ideal for two families or the larger group.

PLEASE note that this property does NOT include WI-FI or an internet connection.

Mobile Phone coverage in the area is supported by Telstra and Optus networks.
