This charming specious one bedroom condominium is centrally located in the Westpark community in the heart of Irvine. The City of Irvine in Orange County is one of the six most popular vacation spots in America., Orange County, and is within minutes away from the following places:

This home is perfect for transferee and corporate living, relocation, or just a vacation escape to the warmth of Southern California. Westpark is one of the nicest areas of Irvine, and is very close to 5, 55 and 405 freeways. It is also just minutes away from Irvine Spectrum - a very fun and lively place for shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters, as well as the famous and beautiful South Coast Plaza, one of the largest malls in the country and home to all the brand names for that expensive taste in you.Fation Island one of the must see shopping malls in Newport Beach is 10 minutes away.

The condominium has one large bedroom, and a very spacious cedar wood walk-in closet. The living room and dinning room are very bright with hard wood floors through out the house, high ceiling, and recess lighting. There is central heating and air conditioning. Brand new refrigerator stove and microwave.

The kitchen opens up to the dining area and is equipped with every thing you need to prepare a meal and eat around the nice and large dinning table. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. It is fully furnished and 4 people can sleep comfortably in this beautiful house. There is a very comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. There are two folding mattresses available inside the walk-in closet. Flat screen TV in the bedroom and living room. Cable and Internet is available. There is a beautiful patio surrounded by gorgeous flowers and plants with a view of the green belt. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting in the patio and listening to the birds singing.

The community has a nice pool and Jacuzzi, basketball and tennis court and a huge park, all just steps away from this unit. Only few minutes away from Rancho San Joaquin golf course and Racket Club.

Other places of interest would be San Diego, only a one hour of drive to the south, and a one hour of drive north can take you to downtown Los Angeles and the famous Alley for all those bargain shoppers, or the city of Beverly Hills with all its glamorous shops and restaurants. Beautiful Santa Monica is also a one hour drive northwest of Irvine. If you want to enjoy the nice warm weather of the desert, you can travel for about 2 hours to the east and visit Palm Springs.

Other places you may want to visit during your stay would be:

Universal studios, Hollywood, Legoland, Knots Berry Farm, Magic Mountain, and the City of Long Beach - famous for the Queen Mary, Aquarium, Museum of Titanic, and much more.

A few more hours of driving can take you to Las Vegas.
