Description

Our poolside/ocean view condo is located at the Sunset Cove Complex. This beach front complex is on the south end of Seven Mile Beach. The beach is a long crescent of coral-sand beach on the western end of Grand Cayman Island. It is known for its beauty, recently receiving the honor of 'The Caribbean's Best Beach' from Caribbean Travel and Life Magazine. We are walking distance to George Town, as well as water sports rental, restaurants, supermarket, shopping and nightlife.

Our second floor 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is bright, spacious, and open plan. It has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including full size fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. It also has a full size washer and dryer. We have a large living room / dining room with a new flat screen TV with HD cable and DVD player. The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi for your convenience. It also has a new king bed in the master, and a new queen and single bed in the second bedroom. Outside enjoy the spacious balcony with a dining table and plenty of seating.

Our condo is steps away from the largest swimming pool on Seven Mile Beach with water falls, children wadding pool, hot tub and a swim up bar and restaurant. We are approximately seventy-five yards from a white sandy beach with a protective cove, which is great for small children. You can snorkel directly in the cove, or out from shore to a reef where you’ll find beautiful coral and tropical fish. You can admire beautiful sunsets from the beach too. This property has use of tennis courts and communal BBQs.

We are proud to share with our guests our vacation home and have taken every effort to decorate and outfit our condo so that you have all the comforts of home in a beautiful tropical setting. Welcome to our home away from home in paradise.

Right next to the pool and bar - live music from your balcony. Beach right up the walk - snorkeling is fantastic. Walk to shopping, restaurants, etc. Can't wait to go back!

How do damage deposits work?
