Response from the owner We are very sorry to hear you had an issue with the basic supplies provided. I wish you would have called or texted and we could have taken care of it immediately. You did message me that "We had a wonderful time staying in the tower last week" so I hope this did not detract from a great holiday. Housekeeping for a condo usually provides full rolls of TP for each toilet, a full roll of paper towels in the kitchen and trash bags in all trash containers. Thank you for your feedback. I will notify our staff to be more attentative to avoid this in the future.

How do damage deposits work?

If Joseph (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
