Description

Bedrooms: This house has 3 bedrooms, not 4. TripAdvisor has not responded to our multiple attempts to update this. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a trundle bed with two twins.

Occupancy: No more than 6 adults (or 8 people total with children) staying in the house will be allowed.

Linens & towels: Tenants must PROVIDE LINENS FOR THE BEDS AND BATHROOM TOWELS. We provide quilts, blankets, and pillows.

Supplies: Starter toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. are left for guests to tide them over until they get to the grocery store. On exiting, please leave a bit of each for the next guest.

Checkout: Checkout is at 11am, when our cleaning crew arrives. Run the dishwasher and leave one set of keys in the lockbox.

Sand: We love the beach, but sand in the house is our worst enemy. We try to keep it out of the house, including sinks and showers, as much as possible. Please use the outside hose to clean up after the beach.

TV: Remote controls work best if you use the POWER button for individual devices (e.g., TV, CBL) rather than the System ON/OFF button.

Internet: We have wireless internet for you to use during your stay. Password is provided once booked.

Phone: No phone is provided, but cell phones work at the house. Service is not guaranteed.

Grill: You are welcome to use the grill. There are two propane tanks. Let us know when they are running low.

Beach supplies: There are beach chairs in the large plastic container near the side door.

Dining room: There are leaves for the dining room table in the closet along with extra chairs.

Pets: No pets are allowed in the house.

Smoking: No smoking allowed in the house.

Fire extinguisher: Located under the kitchen sink.

Trash/Recycling: Put trash and recycling in the appropriate containers outside. See separate instructions in the house for taking out the trash.

Parking: No more than 3 cars in the driveway so our neighbors have access.

Lawn: The lawn is mowed weekly. Be mindful that they may arrive during your stay.

Repairs: Tenants must notify landlord of needed repairs.

Personal Property: Tenants assume the risk of damage, theft, or destruction of personal property.

Fireplace: Tenants will not use fireplace.

Wet clothes/towels: Tenants will use clothesline for wet clothes and not porch railings.
