Description
Just finished renovating the house is on the ground floor of an old building with two floors of tufa (a typical construction of the Sorrento peninsula). In renovations we chose to preserve the original spirit of the structure, highlighting the characteristic elements, but incorporating the same comforts of a modern home.
The apartment, Woodhouse, is in the center of Sant'Agnello, (Sorrento), only two minutes walk away is the station of circumvesuviana (which is easily reached, among others, Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples, Garibaldi central station in Naples and Capodichino airport) and links to the main bus services to Positano, Amalfi, Sorrento, Massa Lubrense, Sant'Agata and the various features beaches of the peninsula.
We do not have parking for cars, but a few minutes there is a parking fee.
Convenient especially for those who want to walk: near there are bar-pastry shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerias, also can be reached, with less than ten minutes' walk, the local Sant'Agnello beach and a twenty minute walk will He arrives in Sorrento, in even less time you can get to Sorrento.
In practice you can enjoy the pleasure of living the most of your vacation soaking in the daily life of the peninsula.
The apartment consists of two large rooms: one with a kitchen area, dining area and lounge area (where there is a comfortable sofa bed), the other is the bedroom, there is also the bathroom, small, but functional and with a wide THROUGH shower.
Bright and spacious, the house looks out from a side of the common internal quaint courtyard to all tenants (their homes in the past) and the other on a small, green common garden.
The decor is refined, but a simple taste, with the early Twentieth elements that integrate completely new furnishings.
The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms, 32-inch LED TV and wi-fi.
The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle for hot water, dishwasher. Additionally at guests' disposal there is the hairdryer and iron on request. Bed linen and a set of 3 towels (face, guest and bath towel) per person are included.
The house is comfortable for up to three adults, or a couple with two children, using the sofa bed. nice small pets are allowed.
The owners live upstairs, so it will be available for any information or event, however, next to the two rooms, there is another studio enjoyable by additional guests.
The apartment, Woodhouse, is the ideal choice for those who want to live in an orderly environment, refined and bright, in the center, great for those who travel on foot or by public transport (avoiding the heavy traffic of the peninsula) and perfect base to travel and to visit the many cultural and natural places that our area offers you. winning choice for those on a budget, at a lower price compared to the homes of the Sorrento center, you will have a central home, close to all services, completely new and taking care of all the details.
