D6 One BED Room. Sleeps 4.w/ view of Lake HamiHamilton .

2 queen size beds, picture window,sitting area w/ round table 2 arm chairs, rocker recliner, full bath, dressing room.w/built in vanity, hair dryer,coffee maker sm refrigerator, microwave,walk in closet 2 folding chairs .Linens, etc. Cover balcony. W/ 2 red chairs sm table wonderful view

This condo features

2 private entrances has connecting doors for our guests privacy. Buena Vista is located in a cove overlooking Lake Hamilton, and has a reputation for being The Place to Be on Lake Hamilton.. Kirby and I have worked to preserve some of the original features in our spacious and comfortable condo. A (2) Recliner Sofa ,(recliners on each end of sofa) A Recliner Rocker, 3 TV's, A small comfortable sofa . 2 side chairs accompany a round table, in front of a picture window, vanity w / bench are some of the comfort features. Some unique features:from the. 50's.. porcelain sink unit, metal cabinets. the unique bathrooms, have been upgraded while keeping the beauty and history alive with the tongue in groove knotty pine boards, original tub, lighted medicine cabinets , original ceramic tile.. You will appreciate the Delta showers and upgrade that brings new world tech along with the old world charm. It is short walking distance to the BBQ area & Our Boat Slip that is ON PROPERTY& Available to D4/D6 renters to reserve at the time of booking. When they check into their condo they can also launch , and then park their boat into our boat slip and park the trailer in the area for boats and trailers. Now that is a way to Begin your vacation. We boast of a almost Olympic size swimming pool &.a lake platform for sunning or jumping in the lake. Want a picnic use our pavilion. The property even has swings, and fishing off the deck of the community room. Direct TV ( incl. Sports Channel, "NFL". (3) TV's

Smoking cigarettes and or cigars is
allowed outside the unit. On the covered patio . An ashtray is provided. It is inside the red waste basket on the covered balcony. The waste basket is where you will empty the ash tray. NO tossing your cigarette, cigar ashes or butts over the balcony or on the
Ground. That is littering and a fine can be assessed . Please keep the area clean. Remember No Smoking inside the unit.

Beautiful and relaxing view. The place was perfect for my family. Carol and Kirby were very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. Peaceful and quiet.
