Description
Spacious, beautiful home in the city's premier historic neighborhood, the Cherokee Triangle. Located just 1/2 block off "Restaurant Row" (Baxter Ave/Bardstown Rd), the home is a 5 minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, shops and nightclubs.
With six bedrooms and five full baths, the 5000 sq. foot home is perfect for large families and can sleep up to 14. Flat screen televisions in each bedroom with a larger one in the living room and huge one in the family room.
Originally built in 1905, the home was fully restored in 2014. There are four levels:
First floor: Gracious entryway, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a full bath.
Second Floor: Three very large king bedrooms, one standard sized queen bedroom and two full baths.
Third floor: Large, open master suite with full bath, king bed and a twin daybed
Walkout basement: Large family room, queen bedroom, full bath and laundry room.
Walk out from the basement or kitchen to a spacious back patio with lounge area, table and chairs and a gas grill. Off street parking for 2 cars with additional street parking available.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING?
Just your suitcase! Top quality linens, towels and tissue are provided as are liquid hand soap and bar bath soap.
IS THE KITCHEN SET UP FOR COOKING AND SERVING MEALS?
Yes! Table settings for 14, pots/pans, utensils, common kitchen tools and top quality appliances are there. Salt, pepper, a few spices are also stocked. Grocery store is 3 blocks away. If you are planning a specific dish and need something special, ask and we may have it in stock.
CAN I WASH CLOTHES?
Yes, there is a full laundry room in the basement stocked with detergent, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board.
CAN I HOST A PARTY AT THE HOME?
No. This would violate code and potentially upset our neighbors. There are lots of great party spots nearby on Baxter Ave and Bardstown Road. This is not the right home for bachelor parties or other events.
HOW DO I GET A KEY?
The home has digital locks. Just let yourself in on arrival.
